俳優の椎名桔平さんが2月4日、東京都内で行われた主演ドラマ「連続ドラマW メガバンク最終決戦」（WOWOW）の第1話完成披露試写会に共演者の桐谷健太さんや石橋凌さん、緒川たまきさん、音月桂さんと出席。
ドラマは、「銭の戦争」シリーズの著者で、5000億円の日本株を運用した経験を持つ波多野聖さんの小説「メガバンク絶滅戦争」（新潮社）を実写化。巨大な負債を抱えたメガバンク「東西帝都EFG銀行」を立て直すため、椎名さん演じる主人公のすご腕ディーラー・桂光義と、桐谷さん演じる総務部員・二瓶正平がコンビを組み、買収合戦や社内の陰謀に立ち向かっていく姿を描く。14日からWOWOWプライムで毎週日曜午後10時に放送。第1話は無料放送。

Aside from Kippei Shiina, his co-casts including Kenta Kiritani, Ryo Ishibashi, Tamaki Ogawa, Kei Otozuki also appeared.
This drama is adapted from the novel “”Mega Bank Zetsumetsu Senso”” (Shinchosha) by Sho Hatano, who is the author of the series “”Zeni no senso”” and has experience in managing Japanese stocks worth JPY 500 billion.”
