  4. I tried it yesterday at home with the miso soup and they were both delicious! It changes from our canadian cooking. Thanks a lot for the episodes i really like what you are doing 🙂 i am a fan of kabuto and now of Hiro-Meshi! I hope you will make a recipe book out of all these because i'm sure it will sell like crazy! Keep up what you are doing you are the best! 🙂

  7. Rinsing pasta will wash out all the starch from it and putting in Olive oil makes it harder for pasta to absorb sauce..

  8. Here in the Philippines our version of Spaghetti is two tone, which is Sweet and Spicy, that is why we used Ketchup in that. Even though it is originally Italian, Spaghetti became a diversed dish which was enjoyed by millions around the world, that is also the main reason why it evolved into different styles because of the different taste palettes that people form different cultures have. That dish is so flexible.

  9. If you're happy cooking spaghetti with ketchup, be happy. It's your life. I wouldn't mind trying it because I have a thing for ketchup and I like to use it on potato chips all the time. Now that I think about it, I should try making pasta with olive oil.
