    Haha when I first started learning to cook Japanese foods a several years ago the frying part terrified me. I had some Indian top on and the willowy sleeves got into the oil for a second. I felt so バカちゃん。 I wanted wear goggles to protect my eyes from any splattering oil.
    Now I am more relaxed.

    I learned a new thing that you can get a big metal mesh guard to put over the frying pan to stop splatters.
    I've watched so many channels, tried hundreds and hundreds of recipes but still something new I learn in your videos.
