Relatable, studied many greats who did it perfect first time on camera but that does not always help when faced with problems. I learned a good tip here to turn the heat off. Some add a little mozzarella cheese on the ends of the omelet to make it stick. Before watching your video I was making the rugby "rice" ball on the plate and then when the omelet was ready putting it over the rice and putting paper towel the egg and rice and shaping it.
The sweetest thing is that he cooks for his daughter. What a dad!
