広瀬すずと山下智久が、マクドナルド “McCafe by Barista（マックカフェ バイ バリスタ）”の新CM「しあわせすぎるっ！チョコミント」篇に登場。チョコミント好きの人たちと“チョコミン党”を結成。“コール＆レスポンス”や“演説”風にチョコミントの魅力をアピールした。
CM撮影で広瀬は、「We Are チョコミン党―！」と大声で何度も連呼。「エネルギッシュな撮影。舞台に出ているみたいでした」と体力を使う撮影だったことを明かした。山下は、「『会いたかったぜ～！』っていうセリフがあったので、コンサートをやっているような気持ちでした」と撮影を振り返った。
