 2015年8月8日公開の映画「日本のいちばん長い日」(原田眞人監督)の予告編。

 映画は半藤一利さんのノンフィクション「日本でいちばん長い日 決定版」(文春文庫)が原作。太平洋戦争末期の日本を舞台に、降伏か本土決戦かを巡って決断に苦悩する陸軍大臣・阿南惟幾(役所広司さん)や昭和天皇(本木雅弘さん)、鈴木貫太郎首相(山崎努さん)、降伏に反対する畑中少佐(松坂桃李さん)らの姿を描く。

Trailer of the movie “Japan’s Longest Day” (directed by Masato Harada) to be released on August 8th, 2015.

The movie is adapted from the nonfiction “Japan’s Longest Day – The definitive version” (Bunshun Bunko) by Kazutoshi Hando. The film set in Japan during the last period of the Pacific War, portraying War Minister Korechika Anami (Kōji Yakusho), Emperor Showa (Masahiro Motoki) and Prime Minister Kantaro Suzuki (Tsutomu Yamazaki) struggling with the decision to surrender or to keep on fighting in the homeland, and Kenji Hatanaka opposing the decision to surrender.

  1. This movie never regrets or apologizes the emperor's guilty of starting the war and also never portrait the extreme brutality of japanese army. They are hiding thier Anti-human-right culture and customs by beautifing their ugly history and people(war criminals). It is rather missing that age and also praise their blind royalty to the emperer.
